House of Fraser to open at Pavilions at Swords, Co Dublin
Top UK retailer House of Fraser has confirmed it is to become an anchor tenant at the Pavilions at Swords, Phase III extension. House of Fraser will occupy a 125,000 sq ft store and is set to open for business in 2012.
House of Fraser will bring high end fashion labels including its ‘House of Brands’ to its second store in the Republic of Ireland. House of Fraser currently trades successfully over four floors in Dundrum Towncentre. The upmarket department store sells women’s, men’s and children’s clothing and accessories as well as homeware, cosmetics, jewellery and electronics. House of Fraser stocks an extensive range of designer brands for the style conscious shopper including Alberta Ferretti, Armani, Ralph Lauren, DKNY, Paul Smith and Versace as well exclusive labels including Linea, Therapy, Untold, Howick and their own house brands.
House of Fraser agreed terms with one of Ireland’s leading property development companies, Chartered Land, at BCSC earlier this week.
