Pavilions, Swords was acquired by Chartered Land in 2006 for over €500 million, making it Ireland’s largest ever single property deal. Partners in the Pavilions now include Irish Life and IPUT.
Situated in North Dublin, Pavilions currently comprises of 44,000sqm of retail space with 75 units and is anchored by Dunnes Stores, Superquinn, Zara and the 11 screen cinema, Movies@Swords. It also includes high-profile and popular stores such as Mango, Diesel, TK Maxx, Pamela Scott and A-Wear. The centre will also have a link through to the new Penneys store and Main Street, Swords.
With further potential to create a truly innovative urban environment on a scale previously unseen in the region, future plans for Pavilions envisage the creation of a new regional town centre in Swords providing in excess of 92,900sqm of retail.
