The ILAC Centre is Dublin's most established city centre retail scheme jointly owned with Irish Life Assurance Plc.

The ILAC Centre is currently undergoing a €60 million refurbishment re-establishing its position within the Henry Street shopping precinct. This refurbishment will transform the quality of the mall areas and enhance the quality of the tenant mix.

Future plans envisage further development to expand and enhance the scheme in-line with the transformation of the central business district of Dublin currently taking place.
