At the heart of Dublin’s South Docklands, Grand Canal Square is breathing new life back into this once bursting centre of maritime commerce.
The development includes two prominent office buildings and a 2,000 seat theatre designed by world-class architect Daniel Libeskind set around the impressive concourse meticulously designed by landscape architect Martha Schwartz.
The West End-style theatre will be acquired on completion and operated by Harry Crosbie.
Grand Canal Square is set to be the new commercial and cultural heart of Dublin; an iconic landmark on the south bank of the River Liffey.
Development partners are Dublin Docklands Development Agency.
