We will aim to minimise the potential for our business activities to cause harm to the environment and, where possible, will take advantage of opportunities to enhance the natural and built environment.

Biodiversity
We will endeavour to promote the concept and aims of biodiversity by integrating biodiversity considerations into our activities via our appointed consultants and contractors, identifying good working practices, and engaging with local communities, Non Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and our suppliers in seeking to identify and take advantage of opportunities to enhance biodiversity arising from our development activities.

We will aim to identify appropriate environmental objectives and associated targets that will help us realise these objectives.
Monitoring Compliance
Monitoring Compliance is undertaken as a requirement of the developer by the design team on a regular basis via design, cost appraisal, development review, site review and design detailing meetings.
Effective Communication
We will endeavour to communicate effectively both internally and externally on all environmental issues, in order to contribute towards a culture of environmental awareness within our Company.
Continuous Improvement
We will aim to provide continuous improvement in the performance and management of our EMS, working in partnership with our clients, professional agents, service partners, contractors and other suppliers.
